What's Included

Welcome Orientation
At your welcome orientation, your program coordinator will discuss topics such as: how to get around in Buenos Aires, personal safety, traveling in Argentina, how the Road2Argentina activities work and a full review your program schedule.
Group Dinner
Every month we host a group dinner on our student residence terrace for all of our program participants. This is a great way to make new friends and enjoy a fun evening in Buenos Aires!
Group Activities
Included in your program are weekly group activities. The following are examples of some of our favorite outings and activities:
- Tango Shows
- Festivals
- Neighborhood Tours
- Museum visits
- Concerts
- Movie Nights
- Bike Rides

Mate & Medialunas
Every Friday we meet on the terrace of our student residence to snack on medialunas (Argentine croissants) and have a mini lesson on how to prepare and drink mate. It is also a great time to chat about what you have been up to lately and ask our coordinators questions.
Spanglish Language Exchange
We provide you with two free passes to attend a Spanglish language exchange evening. These events take place at bars around Buenos Aires and consist of mini-conversations between Argentines and foreigners learning Spanish (like a 'speed dating' of language exchange). This is a great way to practice your Spanish and make new Argentine friends!
Cell Phone
This optional part of the program provides you with your own cell phone to use during the duration of your program. Having a cell phone gives you extra security and keeps you connected with other students, our staff, and your family and friends back at home. A US$ 60 deposit is required to use the cell phone.
Road2Argentina Backpack
Your Road2Argentina monogrammed backpack will be waiting for you when you arrive. Inside you will find your cell phone, Road2Argentina info pack, discount cards, maps, city guide, upcoming activities guide and important phone numbers.
Tango Lessons
All of our programs include two free group tango lessons at one of the top dance studios in Buenos Aires. No previous knowledge or skill is needed; just an adventurous spirit. You automatically receive your free tango passes in your arrival package and you can redeem them whenever you are ready.
Free Gym Pass
We provide our participants with 3 free gym passes at a local Buenos Aires gym (only one block from our student residence).
Road2Argentina 24/7 Support
Living in a foreign country is an amazing experience, but can also become stressful without the support of an expert. The Road2Argentina coordinators are available 24/7, speak Spanish and English, and are your experts on Argentina during your stay here. You will be able to contact them at any time and they will also be checking-in on you frequently.
Clothing Donation
Each month Road2Argentina donates clothing to local charity organizations. We encourage you to leave any unwanted clothing at our office to be donated.
Luggage Storage Service
You may be traveling during and/or after your Road2Argentina program, so we offer a luggage storage service to our program participants at no extra charge.
Postal Mail Reception
You can have any international mail sent to our office address and we will notify you when it has arrived.
