Shared Apartment in Buenos Aires

Our next Argentina housing option, a shared apartment, provides you with your own room in the apartment of a young Argentine.  In this type of Buenos Aires housing, there may be more than one Argentine and/or international students also sharing the apartment. This type of housing in Buenos Aires serves as a great way to make friends and contacts your own age while providing the opportunity to optimize your Spanish speaking practice.

• Single, furnished room
• Telephone access to receive calls

We recommend selecting the shared apartment as your Buenos Aires housing of choice if you want to live with an Argentine your age, if you prefer to prepare your own meals, if you feel you need more freedom to come and go, and if you feel you have outgrown an Argentina homestay or student residence arrangement. Please note that there are no overnight guests allowed in any of our Argentina housing facilities, including shared apartment.

Private Apartment in Buenos Aires

The final option we offer for housing in Argentina is a private apartment. You may choose to stay in a fully furnished apartment of your own in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires.  This Buenos Aires housing choice guarantees an apartment with a full bathroom, kitchen, living area, bedroom and telephone.

This Argentina housing option includes: 

• Fully furnished apartment
• Telephone

We recommend choosing a private apartment as your housing in Buenos Aires if you want to have complete independence, if you expect visitors while you are in the program, if you consider yourself to be very independent, if you are over 30 years of age and if you are used to living alone.

*Please note that a deposit of US$ 400 cash is required upon arrival for private apartments. Any damages to the apartment will be subtracted from this deposit.
